Can I configure a custom storage location?
Yes, go to Ugritone Drums Settings and manually enter the custom path to the User Data Path (for example, if the sample data was installed to C:/VST Plugins, open the Ugritone Drums settings and set the Sample Folder Path to C:/VST Plugins). Make sure your DAW is properly configured to check any custom folders accordingly.
I keep getting duplicate errors about presets, one-shots, or samples?
1. Most likely if there's an old KVLT2 folder located anywhere else containing either samples, oneshots or preset files - this will trigger the Hox! error. Your best bet would be to remove the old data and make this your primary folder with Ugritone Drums. To do this, delete the following folders, and then install everything again:
%PROGRAMDATA%\Ugritone\KVLT Drums II Data
/Library/Ugritone/KVLT Drums II Data
2. If you have set "User Presets Location" in Ugritone Drums settings to be the same as Sample Folder Location, or inside of the folder structure, it will mess up the search and instead put your User Presets somewhere else than inside the KVLT Drums II Data folder.
I don't see a Ugritone Drums in my DAW?
Chances are, the default installation folder isn't recognized by the DAW. If not, run a search for a file "Ugritone Drums.dll or Ugritone Drums.vst3 (for Windows VST 2/3 plugin), Ugritone Drums.vst (for Mac VST plugin), or Ugritone Drums.component (for Mac AU plugin) , or Ugritone Drums.aaxplugin (for a Pro Tools plugin). Once you have located the Ugritone Drums plugin file, either add that path as the DAW's recognized plugin folder, or move the plugin file to a universally recognized plugin folder.
